Eearthquake at District of Aceh Tengah

On 28 Januari 2010 around 23.12 WIB 5.0 on Richter Scale earthquake occurred at District of Aceh located on 4,82 South Latitude – 96,78 West Longitude, 10 km depth, 23 km North West Takengon, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. One house and one school is damage.
There is one person heavily injured (Sub District Ketol) and 3 others lightly injured (Sub District Ketol). There isno death victims and IDPs. 6 Health facilities damage (3 Polindes light damage, 2 Polindes moderate damage, and 1 Polindes heavily damage).
Local health authority has evacuated the victims, gave health services, and monitored this incident at disaster location.
At this time health problems are still overcome and monitoring are still conducted by Aceh Tengah District Health Office, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Provincial Health Office, and Ministry of Health Crisis Center.
